Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours when the following conditions are met:

  1. You have received your order confirmation/verification email and,
  2. Your method of payment has been processed/approved.

KDG Admins only ships products within the United States and Canada; physical addresses only. Orders placed after 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be processed the next business day. Orders are processed during our normal operating hours: Sunday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. until 2:59 p.m. unless as described in the following paragraph:

KDG Admins does not process or ship orders on the following holidays: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Juneteenth, Indigenous Peoples' Day, Black Love Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Eve or Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day. Orders that are placed on any of the holidays listed herein will be processed on the day following the listed holiday before 3 p.m.

Please Note: All orders placed after 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (on any operating day) will be processed on the following day, unless otherwise indicated.

Your order may be divided into multiple shipments to ensure delivery as quickly as possible. You will not pay multiple shipping charges. Unless otherwise indicated, all shipping cost are calculated with the cost of the item.

Delivery services and carriers may change by destination. KDG Admins typically chooses the best delivery carrier based on your location and delivery service: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or whichever carrier service is of best use within your city, state, region, municipality, county, or country.

KDG Admins reserves the right to refuse payment for and refuse shipment to any consumer and any consumer(s) who has/have been flagged as a scammer, potential scammer(s) or consumers that frequently report their order(s) has/have not been received. When an order has been placed by anyone who has been flagged as a potential scammer or one who frequently reports that an order has not been received, your order may be subject to further review or cancelled. When this happens KDG Admins will notify you immediately via the email address you provided, and/or your money will be refunded to the method of payment you used to place your order. Please allow 5-10 business days (not to include Saturday and Sunday) to receive your refund. If you do not receive your refund within 5-10 business days, please contact the customer service department for the method of payment you used to determine why your funds have not been released.
